Fence Deck Supply is a building materials supplier located at 851 Veterans Highway, Bristol, PA 19007. We sell fencing, decking, railing, roofing materials, and related products to homeowners and contractors throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and the greater Philadelphia area.

2. Products and Pricing

  • Prices displayed on our website are for reference only and may not reflect current inventory pricing or availability.
  • A formal written quote is required to confirm pricing. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time prior to order confirmation.
  • Product availability is not guaranteed and is subject to change without notice.

3. Orders and Payment

  • Orders may be placed by phone, online quick quote form, or in person at our Bristol yard.
  • Full payment or an agreed deposit is required to confirm an order.
  • We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A processing fee may apply to credit card payments.
  • Title and risk of loss pass to you upon pickup at our yard or completion of delivery.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Pickup and Delivery

  • Pickup is available at our Bristol, PA location during posted business hours.
  • Delivery is available within our service area. Delivery fees apply and will be quoted separately.
  • You are responsible for ensuring adequate site access and unloading assistance at the delivery location.
  • Delivery windows are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or other circumstances outside our control.
  • Inspect all materials upon receipt. Discrepancies or visible damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Returns and Exchanges

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of pickup or delivery.
  • Materials must be in original, uninstalled, and undamaged condition in their original packaging where applicable.
  • Special-order and custom-cut materials are non-returnable.
  • A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to eligible returns.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within a reasonable time after inspection.

6. Calculator Tools and Estimates

Our online calculators — including the fence calculator, deck board calculator, and roofing screw calculator — provide material estimates for planning purposes only. Estimates are based on the dimensions and inputs you provide and do not account for:

  • Site-specific conditions, terrain, or obstacles
  • Local building code requirements
  • Installation variables or contractor specifications
  • Current product availability or pricing

Calculator results are not binding quotes and do not guarantee product availability or pricing. We recommend consulting with a qualified contractor before finalizing any material order.

7. SMS and Text Message Communications

By opting in to SMS messages from Fence Deck Supply, you agree to receive text messages related to quotes, product availability, order updates, pickup, delivery, and customer support. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Fence Deck Supply does not sell or share mobile phone numbers, SMS consent, or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
